Seun Anikulapo Kuti the son of the Nigerian Afrobeat pioneer Fela Kuti, performs live with his father's band Egypt 80. Also joining him are Cameroonian Saxophonist Manu Dibango (Soul Makossa) and Tony Allen. This performance was at the Africa Live concert in July 2005 in Dakar Senegal. The concert was organisted by Senegalses legend Youssou N'Dour and was aimed at promoting the Roll Back Malaria campaign.

@famoudou Listen, I believe there is only one Fela. As his son Seun obviously has musical talent, but until he finds his own path he will not properly realize this talent. And no I would not be able to copy Fela nor would I want to. I am not a musician and Fela is one of those artists that can not be easily copied. Seun has to find his own style before anyone labels him a genius. I love Fela too, but that does not change the truth.
