  • I think the folklore of Oni is that they were often Devils, demons, ogres or trolls. I think they were often seen as hideous, gigantic creatures with sharp claws, wild hair and two long horns growing from their heads. The origing of these beasts wer they were originally gods or spirits that brought forth disaster, disease, famine etc. It was said they'd ake the form of humans at times in order to devour and decieve others. Just thought I'd give you a heads up if you didn't already know about it.
