Very cool video, thanks so much for sharing! I have a tiny farmette in Virginia and would love to learn how to make my own compost and grow my own mushrooms for our local farmer's market. Currently all I can do is the premade mushroom kits, for personal use. Those aren't cost effective or sustainable. Any tips of how to do it REALLY small scale, with one person doing all the work, would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

Wow looks labor intensive...looks like you can screw up a batch pretty easily as well. Ill stick to growing my own tomatoes and buying my button and baby bellas in bulk...
