  • I can hit! Im 5' 9" and 13 : D

  • this helped alot for me being a attackman

  • this applied to a lot of sports not just lacrosse

  • I'm 5 foot 5, weigh around 119 or some and i play attack. I'm gonna try these tips next time in practice. I will die.

  • @laxrugbyfootball If you watch the pros and the college players they dont go for the huge hits, concentrate on your take away checks and playing good body, you dont need to be destroying people to be good at lacrosse, its not football.

  • shut up quint

  • this was really helpful

  • Hey I play Defense... Is getting 15+ hits games good? I usually get between 10-15 hits a game only give up at max 3 goals, get about 8 gbs. that sound at least decent?

  • Definitely 5 tips. 1-Sticks in passing lane 2-Communication 3-Ground Balls 4-Take a hit 5-Point blank saves
