@rednecktrucker1969 like i said before, you're entitled to your beliefs just like everybody else... but just know that that doesnt make them right or make it okay to push them on other people. and by those "squishy feelings" you mean the hope for something better then okay, have fun living your life of mediocrity and pointlessness

@ByFaithAlone262 I am not in misery in any way. So not sure what you are referring to there. See the problem is, beliefs need to be based in facts and evidence, not squishy feelings and a desire to out-live this coporial form. Fear of death or desire for an afterlife wont change reality nor make you feel better in the long run. I was a serious bible thumper in high school, but I got better. :)

@rednecktrucker1969 my beliefs on you so i dont appreciate you telling me who i am. as much as it pleases you to portray me as cruel, im not. youre completely twisting the truth. it's not about who is or isnt like you. theres things in this world that clearly cause pain and those that bring a sense of peace. if you are willing to live in pain and that is what you want then im not going to force my lifestyle on you but dont try to force your sad, painful life on others,it just isnt fair to them

@rednecktrucker1969 well thats your opinion, and your entitled to it but it doesnt mean that you're right. and you can't assume that everyone has the same beliefs towards those subjects because theyre all very personal. i dont hate gay people what so ever and i have no right to tell a woman who has been raped that she has to keep her baby. about pornography i have had friends who it has seriously messed up and they have become suicidal over the matter so yes i dont condone porn. im not forcing

@ByFaithAlone262 "not all are biggoted and cruel"-well yes actually, they are. You might hate gay marrage, or abortion, or pornography, all because your preacher tells you its bad stuff, but what right do YOU have to tell someone who to fall in love with, tell a woman she has to keep a rapists baby, or a person that they can't make money from their looks. Biggotry and cruelty are built in to religion, the concept of hell is all about damning those who are not like you. Own your hatred.

@rednecktrucker1969 i agree with you that people do terrible things in the name of religion, thats why i focus on the message of the cross and not what the old testament laws of the jews say about life. Christ said that through him the law was fulfilled, and so you dont have to live a life trying to be better but that you can just live a life trying to show his love to those arround you. And all i can say is that if you have a true relationship with christ you dont feel the need to carry out

@ByFaithAlone262 BTW I am not angry at god, and no one did anything to me. What I am angry with is religion itself, it turns nice people into monsters. E.G. when a boy is born they chop off the tip of his dick in the name of religion. In Islam they do the same with females(cut the clit and laybia off) and that is just the beginning. there are far more horrible things that all religions do to people than that.
