This is a video that I made on my old channel (naturalsoutherngrrl). At a friend's request, I uploaded it for her. It is my desire that this video inspires someone to make those healthy lifestyle changes which results in weight loss (release) and overall well being (mind, body and spirit). Blessings to everyone!
