Hi again!

A couple months ago I saw some awsome video with thai-style sword-fighters, using 1-handed swords and something which looked like a japanese tonfa. The mentioned tonfa were held in left hand and used to blocking strikes caused be swords.
I really enjoyed this thai-style and I started to run some experiment with those weapons D
So, take a seat and watch the effects of my research D It may be not so dynamic but I hope you will enjoy it ;D).

  • this guy looks like an idiot lol the kick at 1:15? how do you say "spaz" in polish?

  • @888soyjuice

Yes... thank you for your constructive criticism :P

  • @durbrzuszny i mean, martial arts people are generally kind of douchey, and when those people start harping on technique it becomes a shit storm, but practically speaking you could hurt your ass or the ass of another person. Like that kick, dude you could have twisted your ankle landing all funny

  • @888soyjuice

I really appreciate that you are worried about my ankles but they are all right as you can see :)

  • super ci idzie ja cwicze rok

  • Badass man... I dig it.

  • I don't know much of anything about fighting with tonfa, but I do know a thing or two about kodachi, and this style seems woefully...inefficient. The striking limb seems like it's just hanging out in the wind, waiting to get chopped off, and every few positions, it seems like there's a big torso opening that someone with a daito could pretty easily tsuki into. It's flashy and good for demos, maybe, but as an actual fighting style, I'd think it's a little too risky.

  • disease gorilla style..

  • o Ty skubańcu ;P

Już Ci się tonfa zamarzyła :D

No to kiedy jakiś wspólny practice? ;P
