  • @uhavemooface Hey chief I have a video just on stretching, it is completely different than a warm up

  • are these warm up exercises are good to do even if I don't do any gym or other exercises. I have very tight hamstrings...which one of these exercises stretch and strengthen it.

    btw...i found these alone with ya foam roller video amazing...i think ya have carefully chosen the exercises for the maximum benifit...

  • @Rahulchasedreams Thanks champ for tight hamstrings the squat to stands are great and in my stretching video i have a specific hamstring stretch!!

  • i think you look better with short hair

  • warm-up is really needed so you could tone your body accordingly. Videos are helpful and you'll have better results if you also follow a bodybuilding program. There are lot of sites but you can check the site I found. They're offering different programs: losing weight, workout for gaining lean muscular look. Now it's for FREE.   • I have seriously underestimated the importance of warming up so for anyone that will take my word for it then dont forget to warm up. And you are one those people that think it's not important then do it anyway... It's not going to hurt you
