  • These success stories should always be mentioned. But you need to show both sides. You need to talk about the fact that Oprah, etc are all filthy rich; but you also have to think about the percentage of blacks living under the poverty line compared to other races. Also, up until Obama came around, these wealthy, black figureheads were USUALLY entertainers/athletes.

Ron Paul wanted to dismantle practically every department of government. I agree that many are obsolete; but he went WAY overboard.

  • How could it be comparable? Obama got all the stupids to vote for him! Ron Paul got actual THINKERS to support him. And last I checked the highest paid celebrity was OPRAH, the highest paid golfer is TIGER WOODS, the highest paid musician is JAYZ, the highest paid NBA and NFL players are black also. So granted being black doesnt ALWAYS get you ahead and in charge, but it can bring you a lot farther than you think. Open your mind.

  • Yes, being black in this country has ALWAYS gotten you ahead and in charge.

Ron Paul's movement did connect with the youth but I don't think it's scale is comparable to that of the Obama campaign.

  • he's black. All he had to do was show his face. You wanna see grassroots look up Ron Paul.

  • did you miss the whole "electing the first black president through a grassroots movement" thing?

  • documentary hopefully is fantastic.

  • yea can't wait to see this crap

  • too bad a bunch of people sitting on their asses doesnt get anything done.

  • Looking forward to the entire documentary
