Dude, I don't know what gamers you hang with, but out of the literally hundreds of gamers I know, maybe only 10 or so of them are really overweight. Hell, most tournament players are just regular dudes who like to game and are pretty good at it. They don't spend all day, every day playing. They just play to keep their game up and hang out with their friends.
