  • Excuse me? I never watched Black Adder but didnt Richard III lose at the Battle of Bosworth Field instead of winning it as he said?

  • @xaxie1 Richard was surrounded & killed after losing his horse. At some point the story of him shouting, "My kingdom for a horse!", but being refused & consequently killed, arose. In actuality he was offered a horse by his men, but he refused to flee & fought bravely until being overwhelmed & killed. So, this Blackadder explanation of events is just an amusing version of events. Richard actually won, but then Blackadder kills him whilst peeing in a bush. So THAT'S how he lost :D
