Excellent resource. Very imformative. I learned through this vid, and a few others around youtube, that the lower spine issues I'm having now are because of my flat feet, constant sitting while slouching, and weak stomach and back muscles. I've basically been the poster child for low back problems. I'm hoping my new regimen can help correct this.
