My Delicious Omelette Recipe

This is my "almost healthy" version of a great tasting omelette. I was inspired after watching Jaques Pepin videos, so I thought I'd post one of my favorite ways to make an omelette. It also works very well with Muenster, and swiss cheeses and maybe even better, but the grocery store didn't have reduced fat versions of those, hence my choice here. Another simpler variation that is really great is just smoked turkey and baby swiss. You'll save about 5-6 minutes doing it that way too. Whenever I make a video I end up cooking it for too long as well since I have to worry about moving/starting/stopping the camera, so when you make this at home I'd suggest cooking it a little less than I did here for a more tender dish. Don't worry about "chunks" of Teflon in your food, it's about the FLUORIDE leaching into everything you eat from that pan. Teflon = FLUORIDE..... Gak ! Ranks right up there with water fluoridation, toothpaste, rat / roach poison.

Fluoride is toxic waste from the phosphate fertilizer / aluminum industry (ALCOA) - Go for cast iron !!!
