Using Gmail - Part I

Awesome video - Gmail is better than most CRM's. If people take half day to learn all its features it can be amazing tool. I wish more small businesses new about the power of Gmail.

Thanks for posting this tutorial. I found it very helpful. How do you set up your account on Outlook? I have tried to do this several times and I must be doing something wrong, because it does not allow me to download the e-mail from the Gmail server.

How do i change my appearance in GMAIL. I would like to show all of emails by sender. I have looked around for days to see how to make this happen. In out look i just when to appearance and clicked from and apply and bing all of email showed from sender and in alphabettical order. Is it just not possible in gmail..

You can't...Gmail is a totally different way of looking at and using email via filters and more powerful searching. Watch all 3 videos for a solid introduction. IF you want that kind of functionality, you can enable POP access and use an email client like Outlook Express, Windows Mail, Thunderbird, etc.

If you are trying to find emails of just one person you can go into your contacts, click on the person, and then at the bottom of their information there is a link that shows recent conversations with that person.
