GMail does not provide intrinsic PGP security? I tell you why: if security was one of the features, Gmail would not be able to search through YOUR emails to target ads to YOU. The fact that GOOGLE go through YOUR emails for harvesting data or for any other reason is just immoral.
I would have respect for GMail if:
1. you had a private key to encrypt your emails
2. your contacts who have your public key can use it to decrypt them
3. this would be a standard feature in Gmail.

Hi @casttv, I have google account from my work and when I click on 'web history' it tells me that it is not available for my company. I wanted to know that when I search in Google whilst being sigend in my work email, does my search histroy get saved and only accessible by my administrator or is not available at all? regards

@Nickname3750 that popped up in mine too, you don't have to type it in if it doesn't work, just "save and continue" and there will be no error

You can't...Gmail is a totally different way of looking at and using email via filters and more powerful searching. Watch all 3 videos for a solid introduction. IF you want that kind of functionality, you can enable POP access and use an email client like Outlook Express, Windows Mail, Thunderbird, etc.
