I Live in melbourne and i couldent believe what i was seeing we never get this weather our dams were as low as 30% 2 years ago and of course we got hit by them really bad bushfires that killed close to 200 people only 2 years ago i was kind of happy we were getting rain but it was really intense and i hop we dont get that much rain in 1 hit again

it wasnt that bad, it didnt destroy everything. maybe some flooding and light dents on your car. i was there. a couple blocks away

Oh well done matey! I got stuck in the friggin westgate bridge and freeway traffic, I was heading for Richmond with the GPS so I arrived in say Power Street approx 20 mins after the hail stopped. I could see the hail built up on the sides of the road and still plenty of Flooding around too! Not only was the hail heavy but the diameter of the stones was large too. Im just looking at some of the building damage you captured too looks like a tornedo's work. Awsome Job. Fantastic!

@supercellwish happened to be working in Docklands at the right time. You must have been bleedin being stuck on the Westgate while it was happening. Im a wanna be storm chaser and get what I can.. As I type some interesting storms are on there way. Good chasing :-)

This is crazy! We're used to this crap in the States during tornado season, but I don't hear a single siren in the background to warn people of the severity of this storm.
