Sir I m tryin to burn fat n get ripped. my normal workout is 2km+Running on treadmill at average 8-12 Kmph.. 6kmph to warm up.2km rowing 2km or more on cross trainer. My diet is gonna be : brekfast= oat +Yogart+fruits and for the rest of the day i will consume 1.5 Liter smoothie with spinach+ fruits. 1) Is it ok if i do this workout 7 days a week? 2) should i be taking whey protien and stuff.. Your advice is very appreciated. Thanks . May you find peace within, with metta kindness Ravi

Alright there! Have you tried - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some super things about it and my sister got really defined 6 pack abs and lost lots of belly fat with it.

what if i run a mile a day, 5 days a week to lose about 20 pounds would that be okay?

@sjm8890 you're proly eating bad carbs. oats, whole wheat grains, and fruits are what I'm talking about. insulin in your body elevates protein synthesis and stops degredation of proteins. I agree that cutting carbs is the best way to loose fat, I choose to cut them out later in the day. but it is a fact that you need carbs to gets the hard muscled body. How old are you??

@OzzyFan232 If I don't eat carbs and work out I feel great. If I eat carbs I fell so shitty I can't even work out. And I keep the fat at 15% because a lot of fat is bad for your heart. And my pecs are great by the way.

@sjm8890 85% protein??? you don't even know how to do atkins. you need way more fat. and no every body reacts like shit with intense training on no carbohydrates. no exceptions. you will not get the same results you would if you had carbs in there. sorry. keep shredding your fat, just remember you're depriving yourself of fast gains toward pecs:p

@OzzyFan232 well you do realise every body is different, we are two different people, our bodies reacr differently to what we put in our bodies, since I started low carb dieting and making my diet 85% prtein and 15% fat, my ability to lift weight and the amount I can lift has dramticlly improved

@sjm8890 yeah and when I do low carb my bench max goes does 30 pounds. you must not be very built. FACT. low carb = less performance. you would have better results if you didn't jump on the first thing that slimmed your waste, and stay on it the rest of your life ha. hop off the low carb johnson, ever since I did I have gained thirty pounds of lean mass and lost 22 pounds of fat and gotten to 7% body fat

@OzzyFan232 ever since I started low carb dieting and going to the gym I am able to bounce my pecs and my biceps are getting much more defined
i want to lose 15-20lbs in the next few months and i have a tendonitis to my right forearm so i must stay out for 2-3 more weeks shall i do cardio every day or just keep lifting lightweight?

@freddy692000 Cardio and diet will be the best for weight loss. And tendonitis in the forearms is common from doing biceps. Steps
1. Rest
2. Start with lights weights
3. Warm up enough
4. Don't straighten arms the entire way Ex; on preacher curls
5. Skip preacher curls until better
6. Try anti-inflammatory IF NOT ALLERGIC

im trying to re-enlist in the army, i have to drop about 15lbs while increasing my pushups, situps, and 2 mile run time. i am going to do my workouts before cardio, but should i do the 2 mile run 2x per week followed by lower intensity cardio and then on the other days just do lower intensity to lose the fat? im so confused on how to incorporate both goals into 1 because i only have a few months.

@0587dave YES! To get in shape to run the mile losing weight will help and this can be done with DIET and regular, longer cardio like walking. But you will also need the endurance to run the two miles and that's where the running 2-3 times a week will come in. So a combination of both will help with weight loss & endurance.
