This video doesn't show via Youtube on the xbox, it has it's own Xbox Live-specific player. So I don't really see what you guys are complaining about; it worked just fine for me. :)

I watch them here because I can wait for them to load all the way before I watch them.  It's not hard to find them on the dashboard though. Go to 'Videos' and it's in the top right. There you've got 'new' and 'featured'. Easy.
