Dutch Indo-rock impacted Singapore Pop Music in the early 1960's.
The JUMPING JEWELS - "Kapal Ladju" (1964).
The JUMPING JEWELS toured Singapore and Malaysia with JOHNNY LION in April and May, 1964.
They released this EP "The Jumping Jewels in Singapore" to coincide with their tour of Singapore. Four Malay tunes. The same EP was released in Malaysia under the title "The Jumping Jewels - Tribute To Malaysia," another brilliant marketing move.
