One time I was at an arcade bowling game where the pins are like puppets. It requires strength, just like duckpin bowling. I was in a scenario of the 7 10. Therefore I sung this theme song out loud starting from the 7 10 scene. Da da da, OUCH! Apparently I accidentally dropped the ball on my foot and it rolled into the gutter instantly.

Very good video for its time. Today things have changed. Old timers (50+) like me can no longer compete because of the extreme physical abilities required today to compete in top flight leagues. The very fact you are shooting at a spare means you have lost the game in the last league I bowled in (1997). All you had to do was throw the ball hard with high rotation and literally touch the head pin for a strike. My advantange of skill and accuracy is totally useless today.

Hmm. John Jowdy recommends having your feet and shoulders square to your target, not the foul line. It seems there are many different paths to success.

Wayne probably dropped off the radar when steroids were banned in the PBA, but regardless, this will always be a great instructional video. When I feel that my timing is off, its good to come back and watch this to make sure I'm in correct form. Thanks for posting it on YouTube so I don't have to put in the old VHS tape.
