American Holocaust: 7.5 million die in the Great Depression

"President Hoover ordered regular military soldiers to crush all social unrest. A large majority of the population fleeing the Dust Bowl region headed to California. These Americans were met at the boarder by police and state national guard who beat them back into the Mojave and Sonoran Desert. Thirst and starvation was the final outcome."
Job Gains in Private Sector Are Illusory for U.S.: Alan Tonelson
http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2011-07-06/u-s-job-gains-in-private-sector-are-...
"Yet after subtracting the subsidized private-sector totals, this modest employment recovery becomes positively dismal: Almost 8.4 million genuine private-sector jobs were lost during the recession, and only 291,000 have been regained. "
How the McEconomy Bombed the American Worker
http://www.commondreams.org/view/2011/05/09-0
"According to a recent analysis by the National Employment Law Project (NELP), the biggest growth in private-sector job creation in the past year occurred in positions in the low-wage retail, administrative, and food service sectors of the economy. While 23% of the jobs lost in the Great Recession that followed the economic meltdown of 2008 were "low-wage" (those paying $9-$13 an hour), 49% of new jobs added in the sluggish "recovery" are in those same low-wage industries. On the other end of the spectrum, 40% of the jobs lost paid high wages ($19-$31 an hour), while a mere 14% of new jobs pay similarly high wages."
Many American Workers Are Discontented
http://onthebeam-occhealthinsights.blogspot.com/2011/04/many-american-workers...
"Among the findings, unionized federal, state and local government workers, as well as unionized private-sector workers, have a lower Work Environment Index score than their counterparts who are not in a union. Workers who are unionized are more likely to consider their supervisor to be a boss rather than a partner, and less likely to say their supervisor creates a trusting and open work environment."
APA Survey Finds Many U.S. Workers Feel Stressed Out and Undervalued
http://www.apa.org/news/press/releases/2011/03/workers-stressed.aspx
Washington, DC — Despite promising signs of economic recovery, many employees feel undervalued and stressed out at work and many are dissatisfied with aspects of their job, according to a survey by the American Psychological Association (APA). Conducted online on behalf of the APA by Harris Interactive between January 31 and February 8, 2011, the survey found that 36 percent of workers reported experiencing work stress regularly and almost half (49 percent) said low salary has a significant impact on their stress level at work."

Another way you can make cash online is advertising your skills on fiverr. It's a website where people pay you $5 to do whatever you advertise. People advertise a range of skills on there. You have to get people to view and vote on your fiverr gigs, which is something you can do by buying some of the other people's gigs on there, some people on there offer to send hundred thousands visitors to a website of your choice for $5, so you could buy their $5 gig and have them send traffic to your gig.

There's places where you can sign up to sell physical products. Share a sale dott com is one site where you can sign up to sell physical products. It helps to start by marketing to people you know personally. But you can also build a following on youtube or buy ads on facebook or buy ads on youtube or google or any of 100 thousand other websites. Some of the sites you might use to advertise are specific to the niche you might be marketing. So, that's a consideration in choosing where to market.

@singularitystation Some of how I know to make money online and offline requires an initial investment, other methods just require time. Click bank is a place where you can sign up free to sell digital products, ebooks and what not. There's also a bunch of programs on there that tell you how to make money online.

@singularitystation I don't have a job to give you. I know a bunch of things you can do to make money. You can sign up for affiliate programs, selling product for various companies. It requires you only fill out some web forms to establish yourself as an affiliate. I found this 1 money making program that requires you make contact with local businesses to solicit their signing up with you, that you provide a service to distribute coupons via text messages to cell phones.
