I don't find this offensive at all. What exactly makes it racist anyway- the fact that non-whites are the test subjects? I'm so sick of people trying to "find" racism everywhere. These people were in the damn commercial because they'd never had a burger before, therefore they're perfect, unbiased taste testers.
