Recorded by The Shadows on their first album, this has been a favourite of mine since I first heard it. I've introduced a harmony part which is different to the original. Here is my interpretation played on a '62 Reissue Fender Stratocaster, which I hope you enjoy. Recorded using a Line 6 PodPro mk1 and Alesis Quadreverb+ with echos supplied by Charlie Hall EFTP.
Hi Alexandre
Thank you for viewing and nice comment, and for posting my video on your facebook page. The Shadows were the UK's most popular band in the early-mid '60s, but never made it big in Canada/US, as the Ventures. However you are absolutely correct in thinking that they influenced generations of UK guitar players. Page, Clapton, Blackmore, Knopfler and countless others took up the guitar as a result.
I never think of myself as an old schooler as music knows no borders.
regards
Ian

Aw :) I've never knew anything about ''the shadows''. Probably because I'm 25. Seems like they where hot in the mid 60'. They might be a big influence for Led Zepp... One more time, bravo for all of your songs!! I will post your video on my facebook group

@Roger7739 Thank you Roger for listening. Only learned this recently as I didn't have the gear to even get close to the sound I wanted.
