Whip Whap Wiggle Walk 101 (Hula Hoop Tutorial - Steve Bags)

This is one of my favourite single hoop moves. It's fun to dance with and looks great. Sorry the hoop is a little hard to see at the start. But if you watch the rest of the video it is clear what I'm doing.

I'm not sure this isn't a move best left to the expert. YOU! After all, who can "smoulder" like you? Crotch camera work particularly tasteful.

Altogether extremely funny. But not one for me I fear. I've spent the last four years trying to learn a bit of grace inside the hoop. I think I'd be regressing with this one.

@SusanWilkinson This move can be graceful! The crotch work is a reference to David Bowie's gratuitous crotch shots in the Labyrinth. And it was filmed in a large blanket fort I've made in my basement. :)
