I supported, and still want to support Obama to as great an extent as my conscience will allow - however...

When he transitioned from non-action to actively obstructing the prosecution of those Americans guilty of torture and war crimes, he crossed the line into the legal definition of complicity under international law.

America has not just a moral imperative, but also a LEGAL obligation to prosecute those who ordered or practiced torture.
