I waz born the same year this movie came out i didnt i first saw it when i waz 12 and my dad had the soundtrack what he was talking about then its stiil goin on 2day....him and marvin and gil scott waz the 2pac of that day.......R.I.P.....U GUYZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the first time i saw this movie i was 23 in 1972 a father of 2 kids at the time and i was going thru the same shit with my wife the fucking junkie. she sold everyting i ever work hard for and i was angry for a long time because her life was in the hand of the pusherman and it was killin me. and when i saw this movie he was talking to my wife. she died in 1976 at the age of 30 frum a drug overdose. i miss her and i love her very much but when i see my daughter i see my wife the same woman
