If there are 450 in a carrier route, can you bundle it in one bundle or do you need 9 separate bundles?

@Reesimo11 You should bundle that route into (9) separate bundles according to the USPS literature.

How many mailers can be bundled for each carrier route? Post office says no more than 50 per bundle but i want to mail 3000 pieces and that's 60 bundles. Thanks! Gary

@Reesimo11 Great question and thank you for watching. Please find your answer, taken from USPS literature, listed below:
"For mail prepared with a simplified address (EDDM), all pieces for the same post office must be prepared in bundles of 50 when possible. If bundles of other quantities are prepared, the actual number of pieces must be shown on the facing slip attached to show distribution desired (e.g., rural route, city route, post office boxholder)."
