  • What a lot of 'fans' don't seem to accept is that Blackmore is doing something he loves. He could be making tons of money on the 'reunion' tour circuit, but instead he has chosen to collaborate with his wife on something they are both passionate about. They wouldn't be doing it otherwise, because no one's going to get rich performing Renaissance music.

So good for them! The music is great, Candice is a stone hottie, and Blackmore is happy. I wish we could all have as much fun as he's having!

  • I think it's laughable the way some headbangers can't handle the fact that one of their "Gods" would dare to play something more melodic. He is doing something he enjoys. Don't blame Candace, do you think he is so stupid to let his fiancee force him to do something he hates? He's grown and matured, he's not stuck in 1974, like you are! Deal with it!

  • Ritchie NEVER disappoints does he????at 67 he is STILL makeing great music listen too the arragement....the production and his playig(with all do respect too Candice who is amazing as a singer and not too mention goddess like)the man in black will go down as the very best...he has influenced everybody...Moore....Mac Alpine....Malmasteen....Vai.....Satrinani......Norme.....and the list goes on and on...they ALL bow too Blackmore...

  • @dmnewton It doesn't bother me, I wouldn't consider his previous bands as metal anymore. His workings are now classic rock, still good, but the guy has always had a soft fantasy side.

  • @dmnewton Same here lol. I find it funny when they didn't pick up he he likes medievil renaissance music. 16th Century Greensleeves was a give away, the Stargazer, Difficult to Cure, Ariel etc. Even some of his solos in Deep Purple. The guitar solo in Burn comes to mind, especially the end bit.

He found a soul mate in Candice who shared this passion for the music and discovered she has a great voice. He realised can play the music he loves and an audience that appeciates it. Good on him.

  • this is such a beautifully produced video....the song the arragement the theme...just wounderful.....Ritchie has ALWAYS gotten right....his resume is a mile long.....when everything is said and done he will go down as the best and most influencial ever in rock..you think i am nuts?how many people do you hear playing Beck and Hendrix licks today?i would say that he and Page have influenced everyone.

  • LUCKY BUGGER THAT BLACKMORE!!!

  • Deep purple is heavy? Saddos don't know the meaning of heavy if they think that's the case.

  • @dmnewton more like 1400 haha joke. love them!
