I haven't been editing much because I've gotten addicted to League of Legends XD
I have no life...
Also, very complicated storyline so if you don't read it you'll be confused as hell
Important points:
Kovu=Scar
Simba= Mufasa (except at 1:58-2:25)
Scar and Mufasa are not brothers, but everyone lives in the same pride
Storyline:
It starts off showing the beginning and end of his life, then goes onto how he "lost" his soul
His mother has always been abusive but it finally breaks him
Now this next part is really confusing xD
Scar is stuck in an infinite time loop, where his older self meets his younger one
At first his teenage form is friendly but after a few meetings turns hostile
Young Scar is afraid because this had never happened before
Teenage Scar decides to kill him, to rid himself of what would happen if he didn't
But young Scar fights back, teenage Scar is impressed at this and decides to teach him how to fight instead
Slowly young Scar starts going insane, from meeting his older self and from abuse
Over the years he turns into teenage Scar, bent onto playing mind games and torturing the ones around him
Mufasa sees his old friend acting strange, but decides not to comment on it
Now teenage Scar from before is still alive, and is now Scar
Scar has told Mufasa what's happening while teenage Scar decides to run from his problems
Teenage Scar is severly broken at this point and Scar can feel it
He decides to join the hyenas and kill off Mufasa, who was the only one who knew of the secret
One day teenage Scar decides to smart mouth Scar, who ignores him
Later in the night Scar comes back though, and sics his hyenas on teenage Scar, who does not fight back
Several days later he comes to confront Scar, and Scar obliges
Now older Scar is killed by Simba while the younger Scar survives (at this point on younger Scar will be referred to as Scar)
Scar decides to strike Simba when his guard wasn't up, and pushes him off the side of the cliff
As Scar keeps playing mind games with him, Simba slowly figures out it wasn't him who killed Mufasa
But it was him...at the same time
Flashback to Mufasa's Pov:
Mufasa first met Scar as a cub, and they became great friends (All the while, Scar was slowly growing insane)
They grew up together and now Scar questions the meaning of life, Mufasa jokes around because he doesn't understand
He soon feels sorrow because Scar gets quiet and doesn't talk to him
Now in older age, they fight much more often because they can never agree
Mufasa takes his rage out on the hyenas, who have to submit
He even has a cub (Simba) but quickly dies soon after because of Scar
Now we go to a time where older Scar wasn't killed, where both of them were alive
Zira is enveloped in a white light, but slowly gets urges to claw something up
And one day, decides to act on those urges
Nala is a ruthless hunter and a fighter, Kiara is horrible at decision making
Nala picks fights as much as possible, Kiara finds danger at her doorstep
Nuka becomes extremely OCD, and Vitani gets urges to kill
Nuka stops at nothing to get his way, and Vitani attacks Nala as much as possible
The gist of Scar's life, insanity (fighting), psycopathy (illness), insanity (murder), and captivaty (death)
And the pride lands slowly burn down

Okay, this is brilliant. I love your work, but I think my favorites are the ones you do with songs like these, and this one is just fantastic with the timing and the story which, especially with your explanation, really wasn’t that confusing at all. It’s an interpretation of the song that I can’t imagine I’d ever have considered, even if I had heard it before, but it just fits so perfectly.
