Stacy Newman of the San Francisco Food Bank (www.SFFoodBank.org) is interviewed by Jack Hanson for Comcast TV's "Newsmakers." The San Francisco Food Bank is the critical link between food and people. They provide food to close to 200,000 people through 400+ nonprofit partners. Hunger impacts people in all walks of life. The SF Food Bank reaches them all -- from working families to senior citizens. This year, they are on track to distribute 41.5 million pounds of food to meet an ever-growing need in our community. Their mission is to end hunger in San Francisco and Marin.(interview date, November 15, 2010)
