first attempt at the 666 challenge i set which is
450k leg press for 6
karlsen squats 380k for 6
front squats 180k for 6
all raw no belt no suits

  • only 4, 6, 6 and NOT 6,6,6.. and you can EASY hide kneewraps under those pants.. but besides that, som good lifts anyway :-)

  • hello if you had read the information this was my first attempt at it i eventually got the 666 in jan of 2009

    i have no belt or raps on if i did i would have said, i have no reason to hide when i use wraps i have shorts on so i can wrap them without showing eveyone in the gym my pants when i take down my baggies

    but thanks for looking at my lifts i will check out your videos and see what your lifting
