thanks for not ruining it! Great recipe! I know the original calls for a lemon peel, but the orange taste so much better with bourbon!

Good recipie....i would of changed the syrup to a sugar cube and a splash of soda water and muddle that down to make your own syrup.
And also....don't pick up ice out the well with your hands....use a tin or a scoop!
