Two distinguished chefs of Aldemar Hotels & Spa will join Gourmet Roadshow for two weeks with the aim of initiating guests into the secrets of Modern Greek Gourmet Cuisine! After a brief presentation of the sponsors, they will create 6 Modern Greek dishes, along with the 30 travel agents each night. It is more a "Get -- Together" event than a traditional cooking class. During this interactive Concept - which was firstly introduced by Aldemar Group to the European audience -- the guests participate by cooking, under the guidance of the chefs and enjoy the results of their cooking in a friendly atmosphere. At the end of each evening, guests receive recipe booklet and a give-away gift which has a pure Greek character such as a bottle of organic olive oil, ouzo, etc.
