I can't continue this any longer because you have shown no evidence that you actually understand what I am saying. Especially with that last remark,

That was way off base.

I was not done with my prior response before I recieved this one.

You need to understand that you are misapplying these specific teachings. Does Jesus and Paul say these things? yes, but the sermon on the mount applies to a different dispensation. Some of what Jesus said can be applied to our dispensation, but all were meant to be applied to a future dispensation.

Btw, spiritual discipline has nothing to do with whether a person gets married or not.

Ooooh, wait. Never mind. I caught the answer. The difficult commands, the ones that put the spiritual before the material are't applicable to anyone's life Gotcha. Thanks for the info.

Oh by the way, dispensations? Though it is a very clever way of picking and choosing what you want out of the Bible. God NEVER changes, be we know exactly how he changes when dealing with us...or something.

Now assuming you dont disagree(if you do I can dig up verse after verse for each of those. Its in very plain wording). Where are the Christians who practice what Christ taught. Or even paul?

Where are the Christians who do the things that Jesus said Christians should and would be doing.  The ones that don't exult themselves(Being saved, having the right morals/religion). Why dont Christians do these things? You still wont answer.

And yes, I do know the Bible very well.
