Is it just me or does the guy remind you of the kid from Rush's power windows album with the binoculars on the back cover and in Big Money vid?
-
If you can't at least grin when you see Rik's sunny smile, there is something seriously wrong with you.
-
FUCKING AWESOME, I GOT LAID IN THE BEHIND THE STAGE SEATS, THIS IS CLASSIC DUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Huh. Wonder why they cut the audio on two of Rik's real high notes. Looks kinda funny for him to be mouthing that part and nothing's coming out...
-
Rik is underrated as a gutarist-The man knows his way up and down those frets

RUSH is more of an artsy self-serious band. Triumph was just a fun hard rock big-haired band. I think Rush did (and still does) take itself too seriously. No one will argue that Neil Peart is one of the best technical drummers to make it big, but as far as listenability Triumph's best known songs make you stay in the car and listen to the end of the song even if you are a few minutes late to work.

@lstevens35 They are good yes, But there is no way they are better than Rush! I am a big fan of both but they are not in the same league as Rush . Sorry.

Finally found this again :) It's been at least 10 years since I've heard this and I never knew the song or band's name since I wasn't more than 5 when I heard it :)
I look back at this and compare it to the "music" we have today and I wonder how we went from GENIUSES like Triumph to HACKS like Lady GaGa?
