@tjampe First of all, the Tupolev is bigger, has a different engine arrangement, folding canards

and geometry changing nose. Although it looks similar to the concorede, its quite different.

QSST, Tu-444 and Aerion SBJ are private jets that cant carry more than 30 people. The boeing looks exactly like the Tu-144 and the concorde with a different engine arrangement, does that mean the USA copied from USSR and Europe? I don't think so. You proved nothing with your argument.

@DrHavoc1 Now it's time for you to go and read some history. you obviosly don't know anything about either Concorde or Tuplove 144. It was a damn competition between Europe nad Soviet, which one could produce the first Supersonic passanger jet. If you go and read some history you will find out that the russians stold several ideas and prototype drawings of the Concorde. And there are serveral other designs for a supersonic jet as Tu-444, Boeing-2707 SST, QSST and the Aerion SBJ.

Its a delta wing supersonic passenger jet. If you can design and produce one in a different shape, please surprise me and the rest of the world, otherwise keep such stupid comments to yourself. It was built the way its built because that is the optimal layout for supersonic commercial passengers travel, not because the Russians were short of ideas on how to build a plane.
