I still love this ad although the company right now is going through a lot of disagreements. I hope the BA Cabin Crew and Senior Management work it out.

I definitely appreciate that i am Flight
Attendant and that my home is completely under control.
It means that BA had chosen the correct
personalities for their airline company.

Loss of baggage is not BA's fault entirely, I blame the airports baggage system aswell.
I have used BA for about 16 years now and I have never had a problem with them (yet).
Also there are other airlines that loose more than that.
