I hope we never have to hear from this woman ever again. She was a complete waste of time. Yes she seems like a nice lady and has a nice family but she has no business in national politics. She demonstrated a grade 5 level of knowledge of topics that she had no business talking about. Her debate was no more than a showcase for her to show everyone what she had just learned. That Couric interview was frightening. Gotcha questions my ass.

I would like to never see or hear from this stupid woman again. She is a complete embarrassment to the entire country (at the least!). Picking her as vice was a slap in face to every American, especially women. Now we know what Republicans think of women. Go away Palin and never come back! If everybody doesn't know at least two women personally who would be a better candidate than her, you must be living at the North Pole (or Alaska HA).

The democrats do not need the Republicans anymore. They can all go home as the DEMS will do what they want anyway. The only thing the Replubicans can do is filibsuter. That could change if Stevens is expelled. For that reason alone, he will not.

I can see why you are so eager to defend her. For the first time in your life you finally had someone that spoke gibberish and made absolutely no sense, much like yourself. The first time you heard Palin speak must have truly been vindicating.

Barack Obama winning the presidency has literally been the most fun I've had in a long time.

Many democrats aren't against drilling, they simply don't want to give in to the demand of drilling now to then receive no support for further energy initiatives. In the eyes of a Democrat, drilling is fine but it must be a part of a comprehensive package. The two sides simply need to agree on the details of that package.

This is part of the reason I'm against the party system. The fact that drilling is a Republican notion whereas not drilling is a Democratic one makes no logical sense.

I believe that the media is just like the people who's vote for Change rests solely on Hope...both are willing to take a chance because they believe that America at its worst will still be a great country (i.e., we're spoiled with how good things have been). But as strong and resilient as this country may be, "nowhere is it written that the American empire lasts forever." And to be cheesy and bring in a movie tagline, "Everything That Has a Beginning, Has an End."
