  • Very nice flying, any practical advantage of flying so low. Radar detection is hard is guess ?

  • The low take off is to gain speed and avoid any missile that would be shot in the vicinity of the air base. For information, some of the pilots shown in this video have been expelled fron the french air force for dangerous flying..

nope: the Fairey was a ratage, definitively retired in 1966..

The Mirage design was based on the works from Roland Payen breveted in...1933!!!

First flying Delta aircraft was the Pa-100, propeller aircraft, in 1935...First Payen jet Pa 49 in 1953...

The first prototype from the Mirage, was the MD550 Mystère Delta renamed after Mirage I, twin engines

Mirage III, programm start in 1953, first flight: 1955...

The Mirage III fly from 1955 to 2000 (Swiss army)=45 years active live!

  • The Fairey Delta DF2 was a British Fighter plane made in 1954,The French Brought it changed the nose put guns on it and called it Mirage. Which i only learned today in a documentry.

  • could anybody explain how does Mirage III control pitch with NO stabilators.

i know its a special combination between stabilators, and ailerons the french call ailevons. but how does it work?!??

  • America baby,!!! mess with the best, die like the rest

  • @tuliusfaipalgugus ehm... not

  • I always see comments saying french has no backbone, i think they do. Their backbone is not to listen to those who has bone in their skull but no brain.

  • @crotchboots

Moron! If you had gone to the school, it is not the soldiers who failed in 1940, it is the strategic thought.
