i lliked linda bryans when she worked on the more middle class bbc 1 (when it WAS a middle class station). Utv is aimed at people in pubs etc.
She is my favourite IRISH announcer. Here in the south, they would call her a foreignor, even though Ulster is our OLDEST province. but how do you tell that to a bunch of ignoramuses down here who consider t hemselves "more irish" than the north? YOU CAN'T!!! Ann Doyle on RTE News, cannot hold a candle to Linda. Neither can Shewn Neegarrilt. Crap!
