I love the fact that WCW allowed the fans to throw trash into the ring unlike WWF{E} Good old days of wrestling. I miss WCW/nWo.

@MalnourishedGoat No in his prime in the Carolinas and the 80s WWF run, The Rowdy One was Golden. He just didn't have the longevity that Hogan did and in the end, Hogan's popularity with the fans no matter what he did spelled the end for Hollywood for the mostpart. Piper is a Top 5 alltime heel in my book. No greater honor I can give the man other than to say that there will never be another Piper. Especially when he had Ace with the arm-cast backing him up!

@RAV52 Come on! Piper was a joke in WCW but back in 80s WWF he was badass- one of the few heels that didn't have his ass handed to him routinely. Obnoxious, tough, charismatic, smart, funny, and vicious. When he interviewed himself in the pit, it was priceless! I thought Hogan was best as a heel when he was talking about how great he was and how he was bigger than the whole company, cause it was f'n true! Him saying Santa With Muscles was going to win oscars... that was a great heel promo too

@MalnourishedGoat Piper was more of a joke to me than anything. Now Hollywood was the real deal, Brother...He made you either love him or hate him with everything you had! Piper could be annoying at times, but he did make me hate him for a while after the Snuka coconut angle...
