Business owners should have the right to not allow people in their store if they feel they are a threat.
If that is the case I would have a sign on my bakery not allowing any British person wearing their socks over the bottom of their tracksuit pants, No baseball caps or big hooped ear rings, No person who can't talk proper english nor anyone who walks with a swagger like they have just had a stroke!
Most crimes in the uk are committed from individuals who I have just described.

People can wear fake beards out in public, There is no law but the police can ask to look underneath the disguise if they feel the person in question is maybe a threat.
Muslim's wearing the Burqa are not a threat, The extremists are.
You can't tell an innocent individual to remove a personal item of clothing just because someone committed a crime while wearing the same thing.
If that was the case then why are people aloud to wear other such face covering mask in public?
-
Yeah it is illegal to wear a mask while in a bank but that is for the obvious reason, These people would not walk around town all day wearing the same mask, That is the point!
Burqas are worn all day when out, It is normally only women that wear them unless you have a cross dressing Muslim but then they would not be a Muslim as they are not following the Qu'rans teachings.

@questatalia1976 It's already illegal to walk into a bank wearing a mask. That would include a fake beard. Frankly, people should be able to wear such ridiculous things if they wish, but at the same time, business owners should be free to disallow them. I wouldn't want people hiding in my store. It makes it hard to track shoplifters and other trouble makers.

If you feel that Burqas should be banned because they are now being associated with criminality do you feel all face and head covering devices should be banned?
More crimes are committed with people wearing hoodies, Baseball caps, Masks, Scarfs wrapped around the face, False beards and glasses etc etc.....
Why are chavs not banned from their clothes? They are the most likely to commit crime in modern day society...

But surely you can't be saying that to integrate into another country you can't dress in the way you have been doing all your life?
The Burqa can only cause segregation when other individuals don't understand the reasoning behind the person that is wearing it, You have even made a valid point about balaclava's, There is no law to wearing one out in public and yet the balaclava is more a symbol of terrorism (IRA).
-
I disagree. It’s the norm for different cultures. If you’re living in a western country you need to be willing to integrate. The Burqa only creates more segregation. That being said, if its the choice for someone to wear what they want, then is wearing a balaclava in public ok?
Burqa's are also becoming a disguise choice for criminals. Just do a quick google search and you'll be surprised.

Good for French, stupid immigrant should respect French people, if they dont like that go back to their poor country and fuck their camel

I think that you either be part of society or you get out. We all show our faces so why shouldn't we see their faces. You come into this country which doesn't have to accept you but you get the simple demand that you be part and contribute but they think they shouldn't.I have learned from the quran and this isn't mandatory, only the hejab is mandatory headwear
Burkas should be compulsory for mohammedan men - especially in hot weather.
