Hi, i want to know, as you had your surgery in 2010, how does it look now? does the scars, look the same as 2010? Because i'm having my surgery next week and i wanted to know if it's going to be very notorious that i had a surgery after 1 year? my surgeon told me that i would have some little scars but i want to have the opinion of someone who had that surgery. Sorry if you don't understand my english i'm from argentina. By the way, i want the same result u had 20 days after!

how long were you recovering for?

@punebeater444 I was out of work for 2 weeks. I think they consider 6 weeks full recovery and that's when they allow you to start working out again. I'd have to watch my videos to make sure, but I'm pretty sure that is right.

Active when you're sleeping?! That's hilarious!
I could say that you're chest looks great, which it does, but your nipples look super awesome! (I think that sounds a little strange...) I went to a Michael Franti concert just after surgery. The jumping didn't really aid in my healing too much!
I had weird stitches popping through along the scar for a few months after surgery - I think they're probably there, but internal (for now).

@l35i5m0r3 haha, yeah. I roll around all over the place when I sleep alone. It's crazy.
I haven't have any stitches popping out yet so hopefully I won't!
