This is so dumb and sad. Body builders are illuminati slaves, bred to be shown on fairgrounds, where also other extremities are shown, like the very fat. People come there to watch them and mock them, so that they can feel better about themselves. It is cruel, exploiting the suffering of someone else. You will always see some tiny, old guy with a tie walking around there, managing the deals. You buy your fat and muscles to have a living on the fairground. They got you by the balls.

Rule 7) Don't let something stupid as exercise and extreme 'health' be the main focus in your life. Do a jog or some pushups in the morning and get on with what is important for you.

But anyway.. I strongly disagree that this is dumb or sad. Well, sad, yes, if you look the whole picture, but not in this particular speech. Mr. Schwarzenegger wanted to be really buffed-up since he was a kid and he worked hard from a young age. This speech came from his heart, believe me.
