And also I grew up in Brockville and now work for CN. I think I have a little more knowledge about these things than you do.

VIA has two engineers in the locomotive and the head person inside the coaches is the Service Manager. VIA got rid of the title Conductor many years ago in contract negotiations. Don't go lipping off when you don't know the facts.

I've Seen that Conductor He is a but ass conductor i was standing right beside the loco when it was stopped in Georgetown and he didnt even look, i was gonna ask if he could do a shave and a haircut.
