Should I always be sore after a workout?

DOMS : Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness is what this is called. You don't have to always be sore but usually I am. Like if your muscle isn't sore with micro tears why would the body try repair itself? If is major pain then you may have hurt something! but yeah this DOMS is common.

@Dakdizzy the pump isnt the sore feeling. its how your arms for example feel like they're inflated with air immediately after the work out
