there are not enough jobs and never will be under the present system the whole system needs changing instead of trying to make bullshit job creation work.these political partys are fuked at the moment they need to try and create industry and work but at the same time reduce the consumption of the nation but less consumption means less jobs its a lose lose situation under present system.its easy problem to sort for a goverment but lab/lib/con all represent the same thing big business and elite
