Manifesto was created by friendly bands which met at live venues with nice music in the background and realised that they all had something in common: the awareness of a situation that bothers us and the thirst fo the creation of another reality in the music scene. The proposal for the relase of a common compilation with our own terms was accepted enthusiastically and soon we set to work. The fruit of this effort was the creation of the compilation "MANIFESTO: SELF RELEASED METAL COMPILATION VOL. 1" and also the organization of a concert with 6 of the bands that constitute the compilation on March 26th in the context of promoting Manifesto. The compilation consists of 11 tracks by the following bands: Hate, Homo Sapiens, Violent Disease, Hellthrown, Postraumatic, Headshot, Vermillion Days, Revolted Masses, Chaos Reign, Malicious Silence, Corrupt the Masses and it was released on March 26th (the day of the common concert), also it is distributed for free. Our belief is that this compilation will not be the end but just the beginning of a beautiful wandering in which we certainly don't want to be alone. For that reason we invite any bands or individuals that love music and want to contribute in this effort to get in touch with us in order to create all together a collectivity of people with desire for the shaping of a better music scene, just in the way we want it to be! Concerts, conversations, next releases... The horizons are open and wait for us! And as the poet (or better the lyricist :-P) says: United we stand, divided we fall! Το "Manifesto" δημιουργήθηκε από φιλικές μεταξύ τους μπάντες οι οποίες συναντηθήκαμε σε συναυλιακούς χώρους με αγαπημένες μας μουσικές για υπόκρουση και αντιληφθήκαμε ότι όλες έχουμε κάτι κοινό μεταξύ μας: τη συνειδητοποίηση μιας κατάστασης που μας ενοχλεί και τη δίψα για τη δημιουργία μιας άλλης πραγματικότητας στη μουσική σκηνή. Η πρόταση για την κυκλοφορία μιας κοινής συλλογής με τους δικούς μας όρους έγινε δεκτή με ενθουσιασμό από όλες τις μπάντες και σύντομα στρωθήκαμε στη δουλειά. Ο καρπός αυτής της προσπάθειας είναι η δημιουργία της συλλογής "MANIFESTO: SELF RELEASED METAL COMPILATION VOL. 1" καθώς και η διοργάνωση μιας συναυλίας με 6 από τα συγκροτήματα που απαρτίζουν τη συλλογή στις 26 Μαρτίου στα πλαίσια της προώθησης του Μανιφέστου. Η συλλογή αποτελείται από 11 κομμάτια των εξής συγκροτημάτων: Hate, Homo Sapiens, Violent Disease, Hellthrown, Postraumatic, Headshot, Vermillion Days, Revolted Masses, Chaos Reign, Malicious Silence, Corrupt the Masses και κυκλοφόρησε στις 26 Μαρτίου (ημέρα διεξαγωγής της κοινής συναυλίας), ενώ διανέμεται δωρεάν. Πεποίθηση μας είναι ότι αυτή η συλλογή δεν θα είναι το τέλος αλλά μόνο η αρχή μιας όμορφης περιπλάνησης στην οποία βέβαια δεν θέλουμε να είμαστε μόνοι. Για αυτό προ-καλούμε όποια μπάντα αλλά και μεμονωμένα άτομα που αγαπάνε την μουσική και θέλουν να συνεισφέρουν σε αυτή την προσπάθεια να επικοινωνήσουν μαζί μας για να δημιουργήσουμε από κοινού μια συλλογικότητα ανθρώπων με όρεξη για τη διαμόρφωση μιας μουσικής σκηνής καλύτερης, έτσι όπως την θέλουμε εμείς! Συναυλίες, συζητήσεις, επόμενες κυκλοφορίες... Οι ορίζοντες είναι ανοιχτοί και οι ευκαιρίες πολλές και μας περιμένουν!

Και όπως λέει και ο ποιητής (ή καλύτερα στιχουργός :-Ρ): United we stand, divided we fall!
