you don't need a jig for the rods. for my studio scale Y-Wing i used a table vice and rounded jewelers pliers. i used 2mm and 3mm brass rod. hope that helps :)

I ran into a Falcon kit up at the hobby shop , not sure who it was made by but that sucker was 300,00 bucks........... Ouch, ; this looks like a nice scale size model. Thanks for posting. Jeff

@subron6er That had to be the fine molds 1/72 kit. It sells in Japan for $220, so add shipping and I am not surprised they are selling it for $300. The kit I am working with was found on Ebay for $25 with shipping. The problem is this kit has many issues when it comes to accuracy. It basically has none, other than the overall shape.
