This clip from the beginning of the movie Operation Daybreak (1975) features a stupendous score created by David Hentschel, This is my first upload and I reckon it is a little low on volume, But it is enjoyable, nevertheless. Please leave comments if you like the upload

  • What is ChocNillySkateKingz talking about? Does he not realise that this film is based on a true story, or is he just being an arse?

These people were so brave, and tragic, and the film makes me cry - such fantastic music too.

    RIP all of them.

  • @Doctorwhofan1032

Perhaps he is being wishful in his thinking and comments :-)

  • What is the awesome German music track title?

  • the ending was not written...it was real...these were real life brave hero's!!!! are there any left?

  • @strongtheme

There must be real life heroes today, just that their stories need to be made into movies like this one. Thanks for your comments :-)

  • @Broadsword255 I too was there last year (2010) and I was very moved by the site It is appropriate on the part of the Checks that they remember the heroes even today and place a fresh a flower Bouquet every morning at the site

  • Went to St Cyril and Methodius whilst holidaying in Prague. The bullet holes are still visible in the wall near the slot, and the hole in the crypt is still there too where the men attempted to escape into the sewer.

The crypt has been made into a museum that tells of Operation Anthropoid in great detail. Outside, above the slit in the wall is a plaque with the names of Kubis and his men.

It was a privilege to visit.

It was November 11th and soldiers, some British were there too.

  • One of my old time favorite... i think i hav watched this movie more than 500 times ... still eager to watch again & again ... a real classy & memorable ... gud work for uploading this movie ..
